    Job Description

    Dynatrace seeks an experienced B2B integrated demand generation marketer build and execute global, integrated campaigns, with a customer-centric focus for driving measurable pipeline results. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Demand Generation, this individual will drive strategy and execution of (but not limited to) our global awareness, acquisition, lead development, and conversion programs aligned to key campaign themes, and designed to drive maximum pipeline impact. Ideal candidates will be creative and data-driven with deep lead/demand generation and ABM experience. Strong communication, collaboration, multi-tasking skills and the ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

    Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:

    • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including web, email, content marketing, paid media, digital, social, webinars, ABM and more.

    • Partner closely with marketing, sales, content, product marketing, and operations to develop high-impact campaigns with meaningful touchpoints to our key buyer personas.

    • Drive an effective marketing mix that optimizes program ROI

    • “In the know” about leading trends in demand generation, and bringing new ideas for amplification and conversions

    • Research and source new vendors and programs to pilot

    • Strong creative instincts bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas to the team

    • Proactively communicate with internal partners about progress, deliverables, roadblocks, and results

    • Strong understanding of the buyers’ journey to align content and communications channels to drive optimal conversion

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in marketing planning and execution, preferably for B2B software, SaaS or IT security industries

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong writing skills, ability to grasp and articulate campaign content and product level messaging quickly

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across global teams, customers, sales, and vendors

    • Understanding and ability to manage and execute across the global demand strategy

    • Excellent project management skills with an eye and attention for details

    • Self-motivated and sense of urgency, must have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time

    • Must be able to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline-driven environment

    Additional Information

    • DOE, annual salary $145K - $165K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
