    Job Description

    A huge factor of success is customer onboarding and education. This is where the Dynatrace University Platform plays a large role and is a highly visible initiative. Dynatrace University is a learning management system used by Dynatrace customers and internal teams for knowledge on how to use the Dynatrace product suite from initial installation and concepts to advanced courses. The University is also the backbone for virtual and on-site live training, the Dynatrace PERFORM conference series and more. Check out the Dynatrace University here.

    YOUR ROLE:

    • Work with the Stakeholders to define new features and enhancements to Dynatrace University 
    • Manage the product backlog with a focus on the highest priority to drive value for Dynatrace customers
    • Oversee development stages from a completion perspective, adjust and iterate based on the priorities 
    • Be the primary communicator between the Stakeholders and Development team
    • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and creativity
    • Work within a Scaled Agile environment and continuously win sprint over sprint
    • Be a part of a highly knowledgeable, technical, and global R&D team
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Product Owner
    • Demonstrable experience with prioritizing a development backlog
    • Knowledge of modern computer languages and frameworks with an understanding of using the right technology for the right purpose
    • Agile development process experience
    • SCRUM Certificaotin 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
