Come be a part of the newest Influencer Talent Agency ( @dysrptagency)! Dysrpt is looking for someone that is driven, experienced in account management, ideally a candidate would have a blend of marketing, sales, and hustle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing key talent and developing and growing their brand across multiple platforms
• Relationship management of models or influencers followers
• Revenue management; ability to build strong rapport with models or influencers fans and ability to monetize them effectively
• Brainstorming meetings and contributing ideas
• Identify ideas and drive them to success
• Assisting in talent pitches
• Key account talent research
• Talent research, including telephone and internet research
• Taking project briefs and managing the progress and production of talent projects
• Liaising with brands and partners
• Managing internal work such as creative copywriting, graphic and digital design

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Highly engaged in social media across multiple platforms (Instagram and TikTok preferred)
• Tech savvy
• NEED to speak english plus be highly proficient in one of the following languages: Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, and/or Russian
• Proven experience managing client accounts/relationship management
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent writing skills
• Proven marketing experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Competitive & Driven important
• Good organizational skills
