General Contractor/Green Roof Company is currently seeking a construction accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining all accounting information in company accounting system
• Accounts payable processing and payments
• Accounts receivable invoicing and payment processing (Must have experience with AIA application invoicing)
• Job cost analysis and reporting
• Job cost estimation
• Subcontractor tracking and reporting
• All bank reconciliations
• Maintaining all job vendor and customer files
• Company taxes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with QuickBooks and construction industry
• Organized and detail oriented
• Positive team player attitude
• Ability to meet deadlines as requested
• Prior experience understanding, creating and processing AIA payment applications
