This is a Full Time, remote position opened to Texas residents only
We are seeking a detail-oriented person to fill our full time Set Monitor position within our analytics department. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a very strong attention to detail, a great problem solver, and will be very focused. In this role you will assist in the analysis and review of real-time data from our call center and create strategies in order to increase call efficiency within the company. Strong computer skills and some knowledge of Microsoft Excel are required. Schedule is as follows :
Monday through Friday: 10:00am - 6:30pm CST
Responsibilities:
- Monitor call services accordingly while adjusting the call throttle to increase/decrease output as necessary; this will require coming up with your own strategies to improve efficiency and optimization of the call flow each day
- Report any concerns found while monitoring call sets to the Analytics Manager.
- Communicate findings clearly to management
- Work on multiple platforms to perform quantitative analysis
- Prepare hourly and end of day reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems as needed
- Oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to spot trends in real-time
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work and communicate well in team environment
