E‑Commerce Assistant

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and creative E‑Commerce Assistant to support our growing online presence across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Product Listings & Management

Upload and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO‑optimized keywords.

Ensure listings reflect PetPals’ brand voice, quality, and product standards.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Monitor and process orders across all B2B portals.

Coordinate with warehouse teams and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.

Manage returns and support smooth customer experiences.

MAP & Inventory Control

Monitor MAP compliance across platforms.

Track stock levels, remove sold‑out items, and update product availability.

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email or social media.

Provide friendly, accurate product information that reflects PetPals’ customer‑first values.

Social Media Content Creation & Management

Create engaging text, photo, and video content (reels, stories, product highlights).

Maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with PetPals’ branding.

Scheduling & Publishing

Post content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite.

Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity.

Influencer & Collaboration Support

Identify potential influencers and partners in the pet community.

Assist with outreach and collaboration coordination.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years of e‑commerce experience required.

Highly detail‑oriented, organized, reliable, and strong in time management.

Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer proficiency:

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Adobe Photoshop (image retouching) and CANVA

CapCut (video editing)

AI tools for workflow efficiency

Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
