Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive E-Commerce Associate to oversee and manage our end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role blends logistics, customer experience, and creative execution—ideal for someone who can move between warehouse operations and digital content creation while maintaining strong brand standards.
Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 hours/day
Between 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Weekends: Off
Holidays: Federal holidays observed (unpaid)
Retirement: CalSavers Roth IRA (eligible after 30 days)
Sick Time: 40 hours annually (available after 90 days)

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations
Manage daily order processing to ensure timely and accurate shipments
Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping processes
Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations
Receive and inspect incoming shipments
Perform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) safely when needed
Amazon FBA Management
Prepare and ship inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers
Monitor FBA inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock
Optimize Amazon listings for visibility and conversions
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and brand trust
Website & Shopify Management
Maintain and update the Shopify store
Manage product listings, pricing, and content
Implement SEO strategies to improve traffic and performance
Analyze site metrics and optimize user experience
Content Creation (Video & Graphics)
Create and edit engaging video content for social media and ads
Perform basic graphic design for website and marketing assets
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity
Stay current with trends in content creation
Product Photography
Capture high-quality product photos
Edit and optimize images for web and social use
Maintain an organized digital asset library
Inventory & Logistics
Track inventory across all sales channels
Coordinate with suppliers for restocking
Improve logistics workflows for efficiency
Reporting & Analysis
Generate reports on sales, inventory, and website performance
Identify trends and opportunities for growth
Provide actionable insights for decision-making
