Distributed through a wide range of leading retailers, the brand has a robust off-price business and strong momentum in the rental market, with active partnerships through top rental platforms such as Rent the Runway, Armoire, and others.

    Looking ahead, the brand is preparing to launch a dedicated full-line collection with two of the nation’s largest department stores for Spring 2026, marking an exciting next chapter in our growth.

    We’re a design-driven, entrepreneurial team seeking a strategic and creative E-Commerce Marketing Manager to drive digital growth and strengthen our brand presence across all digital platforms.

    ⚠️ Please Note: This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City. We are not considering remote candidates.

    The Role:

    This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketer who can think both analytically and creatively. You’ll own the strategy and execution across performance marketing, email/SMS, social media, SEO, and onsite optimization — while helping evolve and communicate our brand story to a broader customer base.

    You won’t need to execute everything yourself, but you must have a firm grasp of the full digital ecosystem and how to align resources (internal or external) to meet ambitious goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute the full eCommerce marketing calendar across paid media, email/SMS, SEO, and organic social

    Manage or oversee Meta, Google, and other paid ad campaigns to ensure strong ROAS

    Partner with the creative team to bring the brand’s story to life across ads, emails, and web experiences

    Own lifecycle marketing strategy, including list segmentation and email flow optimization

    Analyze Shopify site performance and collaborate with developers/designers to improve conversion and user experience

    Translate analytics into actionable marketing strategies and insights

    Ensure messaging and visuals are consistent across all digital touchpoints

    Stay ahead of DTC fashion marketing trends and competitive activity

    Qualifications:

    4+ years in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty

    Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with proven ROAS (Meta + Google required)

    Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), and Google Analytics

    Strong grasp of performance marketing, attribution, A/B testing, and funnel optimization

    Eye for creative branding and visual storytelling

    Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

    Bonus Points For:

    Experience with influencer and affiliate marketing

    Light graphic design or creative production skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

    Experience working with hybrid wholesale or drop-ship fashion models
