    Job Description

    We are expanding our Home Centers sales team and are looking for a high-energy, data-driven E-Commerce National Account Manager with 3-5 years of partnering with major retailers. The National Account Manager for E-commerce will be a key sales-driver, responsible for architecting and executing a comprehensive digital strategy across The Home Depot’s platforms. This individual will be a tenacious and data-driven sales leader, obsessed with accelerating growth and exceeding revenue targets on HomeDepot.com. The ideal candidate is an e-commerce expert with a proven track record of building and executing high-impact sales plans in a fast-paced, competitive environment where innovation and precision are the standard.

    • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategy for The Home Depot to achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for revenue growth including new product listings, expanded assortments, and online promotions.
    • Own the digital shelf for all Diablo products on HomeDepot.com, ensuring best-in-class content, imagery, and product information to maximize conversion. Collaborate with the marketing team to align online content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
    • Analyze sales data, site metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, in-sights, and opportunities to drive sales velocity. Develop accurate sales forecasts and work closely with supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels.
    • Cultivate and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with The Home Depot's e-commerce buying and merchandising teams. Act as the primary point of contact for all e-commerce related sales activities with The Home Depot.
    • Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute a robust online promotional calendar, including seasonal events, targeted offers, and digital advertising campaigns. Measure and report on the effectiveness of all promotional activities, with a focus on ROI and sales lift.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
    • 3-5 years of progressive e-commerce sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have directly managed a major retail account like The Home Depot, Lowe's, or Amazon.
    • Proven Sales Performance: A demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets in an e-commerce environment.
    • Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable sales strategies
    • E-commerce Expertise: Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and online merchandising.
    • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the power tools, hardware, or home improvement industry is a significant plus.

    Basic knowledge of construction products and power tools is not necessary.
