    About the Role:

    The Retail Manager will own the execution and growth of our Retail eCommerce channels. This role serves as the primary day-to-day owner for key retail partners, including Home Depot, Lowe’s (including Lowe’s Marketplace), Walmart, eBay, Zoro, and Northern Tool, and will be responsible for identifying and supporting the onboarding of new retail and marketplace partners to drive incremental revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Retail Account & Relationship Management

    Serve as the primary point of contact for retail buyers, marketplace reps, and account managers.

    Build and maintain strong partner relationships to support growth, resolve issues, and align on shared goals.

    Channel Strategy & Growth

    Own the retail and marketplace channel strategy, including revenue targets, assortment plans, and expansion roadmaps.

    Identify, evaluate, and onboard new retail, marketplace, and dropship partners.

    Continuously assess channel performance and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities.

    Inventory & Data Feed Management

    Ensure accurate and timely inventory, pricing, and product data feeds across all retail platforms.

    Partner with IT, Ops, and third-party integrators to troubleshoot feed errors and resolve discrepancies.

    SKU Setup & Assortment Optimization

    Lead new SKU onboarding across retail and marketplace channels.

    Audit existing assortments to identify gaps, duplication, or underperforming SKUs.

    Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to prioritize high-potential SKUs and optimize listings for revenue and profitability.

    Pricing & MAP Compliance

    Monitor pricing across all channels to ensure compliance with MAP and retail pricing policies.

    Proactively identify and resolve MAP violations in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

    Product Content & Customer Engagement

    Ensure product content is accurate, compelling, and optimized for each retail platform.

    Monitor and respond to product questions and reviews via Bazaarvoice or similar platforms.

    Partner with Marketing to continuously improve PDP content and conversion performance.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    Track sales, assortment health, inventory availability, and promotional effectiveness.

    Deliver clear, actionable performance updates to leadership and cross-functional partners.

    Use data to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    · 5–8+ years of experience in retail eCommerce management

    · Proven experience managing large retail partners and marketplaces

    · Strong understanding of assortment management and MAP compliance

    · Highly analytical, data-driven decision maker

    · Comfortable owning cross-functional initiatives and driving execution

    · Experience with home improvement, tools, or hardgoods a plus

    · Analytical problem-solving to drive decisions, spot trends, provide recommendations, and act on them in real-time

    · Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once

    · A collaborative growth mindset, eager to work with different teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, Operations, Brand, and Finance.

    · Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization

    Working hours:

    This is a full-time Hybrid role (3 Days in-office, 2 Days Work-from-home) with standard working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
