    Position Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Sourcing & Location Associate to join our team at the Store Support Center's warehouse (WAHO) in Downtown Birmingham. This role is dedicated to locating and pulling top-selling items from our warehouse inventory to fulfill online orders during Q4, our busiest and most order-critical stretch of the year.

    The E-Commerce Sourcing & Location Associate ensures our highest-demand products are located, pulled, and routed accurately and quickly, keeping online order promises on track through peak season.

    Responsibilities Order Sourcing & Fulfillment:

    Locate and pull top-selling items from WAHO inventory to fulfill online orders with speed and accuracy.

    Prioritize sourcing for high-demand SKUs to meet Q4 order volume and shipping deadlines.

    Pack and prepare sourced items for shipment in coordination with the fulfillment team.

    Inventory Management:

    Monitor stock levels and locations for top-selling items within the WAHO.

    Flag low-stock items, location discrepancies, or fulfillment blockers quickly to avoid order delays.

    Keep item locations and quantities accurately updated in the order management system.

    Operational Support:

    Maintain a clean, organized sourcing area within the warehouse.

    Support WAHO readiness for high-volume e-commerce days (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday).

    Qualifications

    Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience preferred.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Comfortable using computers, handheld devices, and order management/warehouse management systems.

    Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.

    Must be available to work a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule through the seasonal window, including peak days.

    Holiday Blackout Dates: October 1 – January 15. No time off requests will be approved during this window.
