    Salary Range $150,000 - $180,000

    Position Overview

    We are looking for a hands-on systems and automation specialist with direct e-commerce experience to improve how work gets done across a growing multi-company, multi-brand business.

    This person will own systems, integrations, data flows, and automation across e-commerce, inventory, finance, and operations.

    One of the first major projects will be supporting the migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, including inventory mapping, data validation, and process automation.

    This is not a traditional accounting or IT support role. We need a technical operator who understands e-commerce systems and can take projects from problem through implementation.

    Responsibilities

    • Automate manual workflows across e-commerce, finance, inventory, and operations.
    • Support QuickBooks Desktop to Online migrations, including inventory and data mapping.
    • Connect e-commerce, marketplace, ERP, inventory/WMS, accounting, and shipping systems.
    • Build AI-driven workflows, integrations, and recurring reporting processes.
    • Troubleshoot data flow, integration, inventory, and systems issues.
    • Own technical projects through completion, including outside vendors when needed.

    Must-Haves

    • Direct experience working in an e-commerce environment.
    • Strong systems, integration, automation, or implementation experience.
    • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, inventory, ERP, or WMS systems.
    • Ability to map, clean, and move product, inventory, and operational data between systems.
    • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
    • Ability to independently own technical projects through execution.
    • Enough accounting knowledge to understand financial workflows and data.

    Strongly Preferred

    • Experience building AI automations, agents, or workflows.
    • QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop experience.
    • QuickBooks or ERP migration experience.
    • Inventory mapping, SKU management, product-data synchronization, or marketplace integrations.
    • Experience with Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
    • Experience with APIs, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, or similar tools.

    • Sees manual work and looks for a way to automate it.
    • Can trace data across platforms and identify where problems occur.
    • Learns unfamiliar systems quickly.
    • Takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
    • Finishes projects and verifies that the solution works.

    Success Looks Like

    • QuickBooks migrations are completed accurately.
    • Inventory and product data move reliably between systems.
    • E-commerce and operational systems are better connected.
    • Manual work and data-entry errors are reduced.
    • More workflows are automated.
    • Technical projects are completed without constant follow-up.
