    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and detail-driven E-Commerce and Digital Creative Manager to lead our online operations while shaping the visual and content experience across our digital channels. This role blends e-commerce management, digital merchandising, and creative execution to ensure our website and marketing assets reflect the elevated, curated boutique experience we are known for.

    This individual will oversee site performance, fulfillment workflows, and merchandising strategy, while also contributing to content creation, design, and brand storytelling across email, web, and social platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    E-Commerce Operations & Team Leadership

    Manage and develop a small team supporting order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication

    Oversee order workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and brand-aligned customer experience

    Act as the primary escalation point for operational or customer issues

    Optimize workflows to support seasonal launches, promotions, and peak volume periods

    Website Management (Shopify)

    Oversee product setup across apparel, home décor, and gift categories

    Maintain site accuracy, including product details, pricing, navigation, and inventory

    Conduct daily QA checks to ensure a seamless user experience

    Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers as needed

    Digital Merchandising & Performance

    Merchandise homepage, collections, and landing pages to reflect seasonal storytelling and campaigns

    Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and customer behavior to drive optimization

    Ensure product pages include compelling descriptions, fit guidance, and styling inspiration

    Partner cross-functionally to align website, email, and social storytelling

    Creative & Content Development

    Design and collaborate on emails, web banners, advertisements, and social media content

    Assist in maintaining and evolving website design and user experience

    Create original, on-brand visual content that aligns with the boutique aesthetic

    Perform photo editing and retouching for product and lifestyle imagery

    Bring forward new ideas for content, campaigns, and creative direction

    Marketing & Team Support

    Assist with day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution

    Support content organization and asset management across platforms

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, eCommerce, or related field preferred

    2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or creative marketing

    Proficiency in Shopify, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

    Strong eye for design and brand storytelling

    Experience managing or mentoring a small team preferred

    Analytical mindset with an understanding of online sales and conversion metrics

    Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
