Job Purpose: Our eCommerce Administrative Coordinators are responsible for the sales of our inventory online through various eCommerce channels, with particular focus on eBay. The role involves managing stock intake; product research and online sales listings; packaging and arranging deliveries. At a Glance: - Job Category: Hourly - Position Type: Independent - Reports To: Operations Manager and Commercial - Company: E-Green Recycling - Location: Stanton Warehouse - Expected Hours: Variable General Duties: Product research and Listing: - Assess product quality, specification and market pricing for incoming stock - Creating various detailed descriptions for product items that are deemed of resale value through various online eCommerce sales channels, particularly eBay - Creating accurate and effective listings through the proper use of grammar, spelling, product condition, form and content, and photos to present our products in the most professional manner possible. - Creating listings with a focus on keywords and meta-words that effectively drive online sales traffic Customer Service: - Creating a positive customer experience through consistent feedback by e-mail or other forms of communication in a timely manner to all of our online customers. We have an enviable positive customer feedback and Top Seller rating, you will be the guardian of our positive feedback - Do whatever is necessary to meet our customer needs and expectations. - Effectively responding and taking responsibility for all customer queries and/or returns of products sold through positive feedback by e-mail, or any other means of communication. - Effectively troubleshoot and answer customer questions relating to products sold or listed. - Follow-through on commitments made to customers relating to any returns, refunds, exchanges or any other promises made. Product Knowledge: - Ability to research, identify, and effectively price product through online product comparison such as Google, eBay, and any other online resources. - Oversight and control of inventory, assisting in the process of sorting, preparing, and capturing basic product info for effective online sales of our various products. Inventory: - Ability to learn and expand our inventory properly by creating referencing numbers, products organization, and effective and efficient storing of products to be retrieved upon sale. - Assist in creating reports to better identify hot products and to maximize our revenue through decision-making on whether items should be sold wholesale or retail - By working with the senior management, help create a steady stream of product that can be sold wholesale to satisfy companywide cash-flow efforts.
