We are seeking an energetic, bilingual and reliable professional to join our team of Insurance Sales Representatives. We are a boutique independant insurance agency in business for 28 years. We specializing in homeowners, flood, auto and commercial lines.

Our Insurance agents / CSRs are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, thus we are interested in hiring an experienced homeowner SALES oriented individual with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate insurance decisions.

In this role you will:

Provide the best insurance products & advice to meet the needs of our clients / Meet and exceed individual sales / production goals | Grow sales revenue via inbound / outbound channels | Cross sell / Up sell to protect customers from gaps of insurance

Requirements: MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish) to be eligible for the position/previous homeowners insurnace experience /strong organizational, time managment and multitasking skills/excellent communication skills-verbal and written/excellent computer skills/professional presenation and demeanor
