Key Responsibilities
Assemble and wire electro-mechanical and electronic components.
Perform quality checks on completed assemblies and units.
Follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate work processes.
Report deviations or issues to supervisors promptly.
Support additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related field, or technical certificate/education.
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to follow instructions and wiring diagrams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with strong teamwork skills.
Effective verbal communication skills.
Must be able to read, write, and understand English for technical documents and safety guidelines.
Physical Demands
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly tasks.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Good vision for detailed assembly work.
