LEAD PERSON - ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary:

Oversees the electronic assembly work cell, including SMT, harnesses, sensors, hand/final assembly, selective soldering, and rework. Manages workflow, ensures quality and labor standards, maintains inventory, and complies with ISO 9001 standards. Assists and coordinates tasks among team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule, set up, and oversee work within the department.

Monitor progress, notify supervisor of delays, and ensure timely completion.

Manage work cell inventory and related transactions.

Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools and equipment.

Maintain clean and safe work conditions.

Assist assemblers and perform related tasks as assigned.

Organize and document cross-training per the skills matrix.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of electronic assembly experience.

Ability to read schematics, drawings, and work instructions.

Proficient in PC use with strong communication skills.

Proven leadership ability.

Preferred experience with Mini Market, Kanban, and Pours system
