E&M Consulting, Inc. (E&M), is a Publishing and Software/App development company headquartered in Chaska, MN. E&M is hiring full-time Accounting Administrative Assistants to join our fast-growing, National award-winning company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Computer Operations
- Experience in Salesforce and/or Quickbooks is a plus
- Excellent Typing Skills
- Team player who is self-motivated
- Excellent verbal/written communication and phone skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask with interruptions
- Organization and punctuality are essential
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the team with day-to-day workflow to ensure continued office functionality.
- Email and Phone communication with advertising clients will require a friendly, engaging, and positive attitude.
- Email and Phone communication for any outstanding invoices.
- Assist with Accounting tasks – data entry, spreadsheet updates, generating invoices, filing paperwork, maintaining office inventory, etc.
