We're hiring for Sales Associates - Base of $20 per hour + monthly bonuses up to $4,300! No sales experience is necessary. E&M Consulting, Inc. (E&M) is an established nationwide fast-growing Publishing and Software/App development company that works with nonprofit member Associations. Our Sales Associates call and email members and businesses to advertise in our award-winning Membership Directories, Event Publications, Chamber Guides, and Digital Event Apps. In this role, you will... * Sell advertising space within the products that E&M publishes. * Utilize CRM platforms and online technology to guide customers through the purchasing process. * Work within a team that focuses on generating sales leads for you. * Increase your base pay in a metrics-driven program, you are directly in control of your financial future. * Receive comprehensive training with access to consistent daily coaching, monthly training sessions, and development opportunities. We'd love to hear from you if... * You have excellent verbal/written communication. * You have excellent Attendance, Organization, and Punctuality. * You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Customer Service, Sales, or Restaurant/Food Industry experience is a plus. * Any prior experience with a CRM program (Salesforce) is a plus.
