JOB DESCRIPTION: E Mortgage Capital, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor for immediate hire. Our ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of mortgage processing experience, excellent multi-tasking skills, and knowledge of all aspects of the loan process, from application to post close. In this position, you are responsible for completing a multitude of administrative duties. Candidates with relevant experience working for a brokerage that submits loans to a variety of lenders for both banking and brokering are highly preferred. A competitive salary is available for the right candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain full loan packages from Loan Officer's and borrowers
• Disclose to borrowers and maintain full compliance
• Analyze, review, and verify loan packages for accuracy and completeness
• Collect necessary documents for underwriting submission
• Submit complete files to lenders for approval
• Gather necessary conditions for loan docs and funding
• Order loan documents
• Manage pipeline of loans for each client
• Prioritize time-sensitive deadlines

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Effectively manage loan pipeline at various volume levels
• Set and maintain proper expectations with all parties on the loan file
• Communicate with borrowers to obtain required loan documentation
• Gather, organize, and track loan documentation
• Review loan application files to verify that all data is complete and meets standards, including the loan type and purpose, borrower assets, liabilities, and employment.
• Analyze mortgage loan package for completeness to ensure the loan meets investor guidelines
• Calculate income for qualifying, including self-employed income analysis if needed
• Analyze credit, income, asset, and collateral documents and submit files to underwriting
• Clear any loan conditions
• Work effectively under specific time constraints and meet end-of-month deadlines
• Verify and analyze loan documentation including income, credit, appraisal, and title, while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations
• Performs administrative duties such as faxing, photocopying, filing and phone support
• 1-2 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
• Proficiency with Calyx Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
