JOB DESCRIPTION:

E Mortgage Capital, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Mortgage Loan Processor for immediate hire. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of mortgage industry experience, excellent multi-tasking skills, can meet strict deadlines, and is a self-starter. Candidates with relevant experience are highly preferred but will train if necessary. A competitive salary is available for the right candidate!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtain full loan packages from Loan Officer's and borrowers
• Disclose to borrowers and maintain full compliance
• Analyze, review, and verify loan packages for accuracy and completeness
• Collect necessary documents for underwriting submission
• Submit complete files to lenders for approval
• Gather necessary conditions for loan docs and funding
• Order loan documents
• Manage pipeline of loans for each client
• Prioritize time-sensitive deadlines

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of Mortgage Processing experience (or industry experience equivalent)
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently as well as a team environment
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Strong work ethic with the ability to self-motivate
• Proficiency with Calyx Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
