    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES PREFERRED:

    • Excellent communication and client service skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while learning new techniques with the willingness to accept change.

    • Must be friendly, outgoing, “people-oriented.”

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or above

    • Must have experience working with the public i.e. restaurant, retail, customer service or service business.

    AUTHORITY:

    • Scheduling appointments.

    • Authority to resolve client service issues within established guidelines.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Reliable attendance is required.

    • Ability to maintain records accurately and to recognize people and understand written communication.

    • Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand, give information in person and over the telephone.
