    Job Description

    JOB PURPOSE

     Advance core accounts, grow the newly acquired and open new business. This individual will influence key business decision makers, increase retail dealer base and sales in a specific territory and geographic market.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Create and manage a list of prospects across target clients, segments and markets and systematic follow up with each prospect to ensure proper territory growth through new business. 
    • Increase market share within accounts and through opening of new business, by providing better selling, increased floor space, superior customer service, and retail sales training 
    • Grow account through existing and new channels of distribution 
    • Maintains direct relationships with key decision makers in accounts including Retail Sales Associates 
    • Develop strategic account plans (e.g., market and competitive analysis, pricing, and merchandising and advertising strategies and execution) 
    • Present and communicate dealer-tailored training programs 
    • Educate the retail floor sales staff on the advantages and benefits of E.S. Kluft & Company products 
    • Educate existing customers and target accounts on the retail principles on the profit implications of selling E.S. Kluft & Company products 
    • Coordinate deliveries and returns with retailer's warehouse in a timely fashion 
    • Ensure that E.S. Kluft & Company products and marketing message are positively represented 
    • Observe competition impact and strategy deployment in the market and communicate observations 
    • Handle customer complaint issues with the helps of customer service and management
    • Manage roll out of new products and effectively communicate marketing message

     

     REQUIREMENTS:

    • 1-3 years related sales experience 
    • Established relationships with key retailers within the territory (Southern California)
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
    • Ability to communicate dynamically and deliver presentations in small and large group settings 
    • Strong customer orientation and ability to build relationships 
    • Proficient in the MS Office Suite and the Internet
