    A DAY IN THE LIFE!

    Daily, you will closely collaborate with your team to enter customer orders. You will also work directly with our drivers to ensure that we have the necessary paperwork for customer orders. Focusing heavily on the details of orders, you will ensure that each customer's experience with our company is second to none.

    You are a highly accurate individual who focuses on the small details. You understand the importance of ensuring that customer orders are entered efficiently and accurately.     YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the entry of internal and external customer orders.
    • Enter additional drivers' duties per customer request into the system accordingly.
    • Review customer reports of performance and alert the team to any concerns.
    • Ensure the accuracy of all customer orders, ensuring profitability.
    • Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
    • Facilitate the entry of load details and fuel reports daily.

    YOUR SKILLSET

    • Proven attention to detail with data entry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to remain highly organized in an environment with regularly shifting deadlines.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ year(s) of customer service experience.
    • 1+ year(s) of data entry.

    SALARY AND SCHEDULE

    • Salary: $19+ per hour, decided based on experience.
    • Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday - Friday; 08:00 – 17:00.
