    A DAY IN THE LIFE!

    Daily, you will manage the lines of communication that connect your team, customers, and carriers. As changes occur, you will work with your team to address any concerns and update the proper stakeholders. You will also track and enter freight data to ensure freight moves as expected.

    YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the entry of freight data and the tracking of freight into the transportation management system (TMS).
    • Facilitate a high level of communication that fosters the growth and development of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Identify and address potential issues with freight pickup and delivery times.
    • Collaborate closely with account managers, freight brokers, customers, and carriers to ensure efficient freight allocation.

    YOUR SKILLSET

    • The ability to prioritize multiple projects with regularly shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • The desire to learn the business and grow professionally.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate degree in supply chain management (or related field).
    • 1+ year(s) of experience within the transportation industry.

    SALARY AND SCHEDULE

    • Salary: $20 per hour, decided based on experience.
    • Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday - Friday; 08:00 – 17:00.
