Our Insurance Department is looking for an Auto Insurance Claims Specialist. Duties will consist of daily insurance policy verifications and in house insurance claims procedures. This position will require someone who is able to work well in a team environment and require great communication skills. The team environment and communication skills must be extended to working with our car lots, as well as the warranty department and Tech3. As a team we verify insurance for all the Unifour accounts to make sure that insurance is active, but also meets our contract requirements. You will need to learn our account management system, as well as have a basic understanding of Excel. This position will also handle our in house claims for customers insured with Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI). You will help the client through the process from start to finish.

Work along side our body shop and mechanic shop.

Communicate claims process with upper management

Pay will be based on experience.
