About the Role:

E-bikes Plug is looking for an energetic and passionate E-bike Sales Representative to join our growing team in Anaheim, CA! Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-store, guiding them through e-bike models, features, and pricing

Answer and assist with sales calls as needed.

Conduct test ride consultations and product demonstrations to match customers with the right e-bike

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-bike technology, battery systems, and industry trends

Process sales transactions, financing options, and after-sale documentation accurately

Assist with work order entry for service repairs

Build lasting customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

Support showroom merchandising, inventory management, and product displays

Requirements:

1+ years of retail or B2C sales experience, preferably in cycling, powersports, or consumer electronics

Seeking bilingual salesperson fluent in Spanish.

Genuine passion for e-bikes, cycling, or sustainable urban mobility

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude

Ability to learn and explain technical product specifications with confidence

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment

Basic computer proficiency for POS, workorder systems and CRM tools

Basic Bicycle, e-bike, motorcycle, or scooter repair experience preferred

Basic knowledge of e-bike motors, batteries, controllers, and displays

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours as needed
