Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled DTC E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for our Shopify website. You will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO efforts focusing on customer acquisition, and optimizing performance across various platforms.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and has a passion for data-driven marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Bing Ads, and Email Marketing. A strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and the ability to create compelling content and campaigns across different platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* **Work with our advertising partners to create, execute, and optimize ad campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.**
* **Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.**
* **Perform ongoing analysis to improve campaign performance and cost-effectiveness.**
* **Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure a high ROI.**
* **Collaborate with the design team to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.**
* **Create and implement email marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive conversions, and nurture leads.**
* **Design email templates, segment audiences, and test different content to maximize engagement via Klaviyo.**
* **Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.**
* **Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.**
* **Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and builds brand awareness.**
* **Monitor social media trends, engagement, and audience feedback to enhance content strategy.**
* **Collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand reach and visibility.**
* **Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.**
* **Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and improve website technical SEO.**
* **Monitor site performance through analytics and SEO tools to identify areas for improvement.**
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role managing DTC e-commerce marketing campaigns.
Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Bing Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo).
Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with influencers preferred.
