    THE POSITION

    The Sales Assistant is a critical role within the organization, as it is directly responsible for contacting our leads, qualifying them for Kelley Group Programs, and scheduling them to apply to these life-changing Programs.

    Our ideal Sales Associate is one that has been successful in customer service, business development, sales and has statistics / awards to prove it. Their administration is top notch, and are a team player. They push themselves to get the job done.

    They feel most alive when achieving targets and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. They operate as if this was their own business and take responsibility for its success and shortcomings.

    As most of our clientele and prospects are based on the East Coast, the schedule for this opportunity is 9am-5pm ET, Monday through Friday.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contact Webinar Registrants to confirm their attendance and ensure they have what they need to attend.
    • Contact Webinar Registrants after Webinars to schedule them for 1-on-1 interviews with yourself (and potentially scheduling them to speak with the founders based on the development of the prospective client).
    • Maintain proper record-keeping of client engagements within our CRM.
    • Follow up on all pending proposals through to a final decision. QUALIFICATIONS
    • Successful Customer Service, Business Development, Sales Results backed by statistics/awards.
    • You must be willing and hungry to study our programs and content so you fully understand what we teach and confidently mirror the language to best serve clients.
