    Job Description

    The Customer Service Representative (CSR)’s foremost responsibility is providing support to our customers. The CSR is there to help the customers understand the products and services available to them from E2M Kitchen. They meet the customer via phone, email, web chat feature, or social media. In addition to assisting customers with products and services, the CSR will also serve to resolve concerns and complaints at the lowest level possible. The CSR will work with the Administrative Assistant and the executive team on office management tasks as needed.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for providing solutions with a specified time limit and in accordance with company policies and procedures to ensure customers are satisfied.
    • Learn to operate and become efficient with the customer service software.
    • Provide feedback and lessons learned to the executive team to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
    • Assist with purchase of office supplies, furniture, and other items to assist with productivity of the executive team.
    • Assist with organization of maintenance companies to keep the office and company grounds clean and safe and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
    • Assist with implementation of all Human Resources and Company guidance, procedures, processes.
    • Assist with onboarding new employees.
    • Assist department leaders with counseling any employee struggling in their roles.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be able to communicate consistently with people from various backgrounds to solve problems.
    • Must have working knowledge of the internet and social media platforms.
    • Must be able to speak clearly over the phone.
    • Must be able type on a computer keyboard.
    • Must be able to read the English language.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in Customer Service and Office Operations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Mathematics skills
    • Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
    • Basic computer skills (using Microsoft Office products)
