    Job Description

    SUMMARY Responsible for overseeing the review, processing, and completion of all contract documents for the sale of services. Assists in implementation of the negotiation, execution, performance, modification and termination of contracts with various parties including customers, vendors, distributors, and subcontractors. Archives and compiles data to keep customer/vendor records current and in compliance with company requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions: * Act as direct liaison with legal department for contract review. * Communicate with various internal departments regarding status of contracts. * Provide intra-divisional support to BDMs and other key personnel regarding status and progress of contract review. * Analyze customer contracts; communicate contract details to various departments. * Assist with procuring and maintaining various licenses, including various jurisdictions and regulatory. * Perform periodic internal audits of subcontractor/vendor documents and request updated information as needed. * Document management. * Communicate customer billing requirements to various departments. * Assist with building schedule of rates for billing system. * Develop and maintain master listing of all customer contracts. * Responsible for maintaining a high degree of confidentiality of company information as it relates to banking, customer, and vendor files. * Serve as company liaison for customer/vendor questions from key personnel. * Perform other related work as required. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS COMPETENCIES * Initiative. * Self-Driven. * Collaboration. * Communication. * Technical Capacity. * Computer Literacy. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * BS Degree preferred. * 3-5 years' law firm or legal assistant experience preferred but not required. * Computer literacy at an intermediate to advanced level including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook), Docusign, and Adobe. * Understanding of business principles and practices. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Highly detail oriented and organized. * Problem solving and analytical skills.
