    The Development Project Executive (DPE) role will be a crucial member of our client's Development Team. The DPE will be responsible for a small portfolio of projects with the goal of managing them from permitting to occupancy.

    Responsibilities will include co-managing the project consultant teams, assisting in the entitlement process, implementing the community outreach strategy, providing detailed planning of project activities and team priorities, general project management, co-managing a third-party construction manager, and making project recommendations to senior leadership.

    Role: Our Client is a vertically integrated firm, and the Development Project Executive (DPE) will work in support of the Director of Design and Construction, alongside in-house Construction Management, Asset Management, Marketing, and Finance. As DPE, you will be focused on the management of our client’s development projects. We are looking for candidates who have in-depth experience in mid to high-rise multifamily and medical office building development.

    Qualities: The ideal candidate should have an appreciation for the scale and impact of working in Quincy and other towns on the South Shore. Having an innate sense of urgency surrounding project deadlines and responding to project tasks and deadlines in a timely manner is critical. The candidate should be team-oriented understanding that no task is either too small or too big to take on.

    Requirements: We are seeking someone who has demonstrated the ability to deliver quality work and consistently meet deadlines and budgets. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including presentation skills. The candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred, with a minimum of working on one project through the full development lifecycle.
