WASTELINQ provides innovative technology solutions that are designed and tested by waste industry experts to waste industry customers and service providers. Our web-based software was developed and tested over 15 years and thousands of transactions across hundreds of customers. WASTELINQ has an immediate opening for a Customer Support/Implementation Support
A Customer Support/Implementation Support personnel will:
- Help the Customer Experience team with customers and partners, including assisting in implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services.
- Work directly with the customer to provide expertise and assistance with software configuration and set-up.
- Proactively keep clients engaged and informed; identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks
- Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure smooth transitions between customer experience, implementation and new developments to the software.
- Provide routine status updates to the client and internal team members
- May require travel based on client need
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently, manage workload and meet deadlines required
- Strong computer skills required, including:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP experience
- SharePoint experience
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing software
- At least 2 years’ experience in the waste industry required, 5+ years preferred
- High School Diploma or GED Required, Additional College classes preferred, willing to consider equivalent experience
- Willing to travel up to 10%
