WASTELINQ provides innovative technology solutions that are designed and tested by waste industry experts to waste industry customers and service providers. Our web-based software was developed and tested over 15 years and thousands of transactions across hundreds of customers. WASTELINQ has an immediate opening for a Customer Support/Implementation Support

A Customer Support/Implementation Support personnel will:

• Help the Customer Experience team with customers and partners, including assisting in implementations, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services.
• Work directly with the customer to provide expertise and assistance with software configuration and set-up.
• Proactively keep clients engaged and informed; identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks
• Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure smooth transitions between customer experience, implementation and new developments to the software.
• Provide routine status updates to the client and internal team members
• May require travel based on client need

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently, manage workload and meet deadlines required
• Strong computer skills required, including:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • ERP experience
  • SharePoint experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing software
• At least 2 years’ experience in the waste industry required, 5+ years preferred
• High School Diploma or GED Required, Additional College classes preferred, willing to consider equivalent experience
• Willing to travel up to 10%
