We are seeking a Clinical Counselor / Social Worker to join our team! We have both part-time PRN and full-time employment positions available. Part-time can be remote and involve supervision of our LSWs and behavior therapists, conducting social-emotional consultations and evaluations, and providing 1:1 family counseling as needed. Full-time staff will also conduct onsite 1:1 and group therapy, as needed, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate therapies are involved and that goals are being met. Candidates with family counseling, pediatrics, and behavioral therapy experience preferred. Must have Illinois clinical license.

Responsibilities:

Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history

Develop and execute individual treatment plans

Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress

Communicate client updates to all relevant parties

Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs

Maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications:

Previous experience in social work and counseling

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong leadership qualities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
