    SUMMARY

    The Partner Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing supplier relationships, developing co-op marketing arrangements, and acquiring net new suppliers. Responsibilities will include start to finish account management, including contracting, negotiating rates, building products in EBG’s proprietary ADMIN system, working with the marketing team to execute campaigns, and analyzing sale reports. This person must be data-focused with a strong understanding of e-commerce, marketing, and tourism entertainment trends.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

    • Maintain a high level of activity with supplier accounts with the goal of growing the partnership and creating revenue-driven opportunities
    • Create and execute equally beneficial marketing and sale strategies with supplier partners  
    • Prospect new suppliers that add to the company’s vision and competitive positioning 
    • Work with supplier’s ticketing system team and internal producing team to build offers in EBG’s propriety ADMIN system
    • Represent supplier accounts when working with EBG’s client services, marketing, operations, legal, and accounting teams
    • Conduct routine account reviews by analyzing reports and actions based upon results
    • Conduct routine offer reviews to assure best in market pricing
    • Meet or exceed individual KPI quotas – including company margin goal, increasing year-over-year revenue, and advertising goal
    • Represent EBG at meetings, events, and conferences with knowledge and confidence, with the goal of strengthening EBG’s position in the industry.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3 - 5 years of account management experience in the entertainment and/or travel industry is required
    • Analytical and ROI focused with strong quantitative skills
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications
    • High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, resourceful and successful at working independently
    • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner
    • Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
    • Outgoing & fun, excel at meeting people and building relationships
    • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Salesforce Experience 
    • Ticketing system experience such as Ticketmaster, Tessitura, Redeem, Ingresso, Fareharbor, Galaxy, etc.
    • Project Management System (example - Jira, Slack, Monday)
