TYPE: Contract to Hire; 1st shift; hybrid role

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Begin approved payment method to ocean carriers, terminal, or rail before deadlines
• Ensure appropriate release of containers by requesting charges for payment
• Manage daily KPIs for payment requests
• Obtain and pay a high volume of invoices daily
• Communicate with internal operations teams regarding payment concerns
• Assist with weekly demurrage reporting

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; continued education in accounting or business is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting type role is preferred; experience in supply chain will be considered
• Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to work in a high volume environment
• Must be detail-oriented
