RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

· Support security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, web security, and intrusion detection.

· Manage software ownership and licensing tracking.

· Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop/server level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.

· Set up, configure, and maintain computer workstations and peripherals.

· Support all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, web filters, telephony systems, and other devices.

· Resolve assigned “help desk” tickets as required.

· Perform other duties and respond to emergency calls after hours as needed or when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate for this role will have the following:

· 2 years of experience as a system administrator preferred or 3-5 years of IT help desk or other IT experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other technology-related field or equivalent experience.

· A+, Network+, and Microsoft Server certifications preferred.

· 2 years of experience with Fresh Service is preferred.

· 2 years of Linux experience is preferred.

· Mac OS.

· Azure/INTune/O365.

· Microsoft Office.

· Technical Writing is a plus.

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

· Available for standard business hours, plus after-hours work as needed or when assigned.
