    OUTSIDE SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE  (REMOTE)

    THE ROLE:

    Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be the first member of the Sales team that potential client will work with. This person would make the initial call to determine if there is an opportunity to assist, and then connect the potential client with the ECAMSECURE Account Executive.

    This role is a hybrid between the Sales and Marketing Department. This role initiates the potential deal, surviving the first impression of the company. They will contact potential leads, pre-screen, gather information and share relevant information with the Sales team.

     

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    Interact with business prospects (cold, warm or hot outreaches) via telephone, email, leads generated from Company website, social media, etc.

    Research account, identify key players, generate interest and develop account to stimulate opportunity

    Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Account Executives, educating them about the opportunity

    Have strong interpersonal, and communication skills; experiences with email, social media, phone, etc.

    Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

    Be the trusted resource and develop top notch relationships with prospects

    Schedule appointments for the Sales Team

    Follow through on the Sales cycle

    Opportunity qualification and handling objections

    Team player and the ability work with a fast-moving Sales team

    Able to speak as the Company expert on product offerings and solutions

    Fearless self-starter with a track record in follow-up and sales development

    Take “business ownership” of the position

     

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

    Salesforce background

    Heavy use of Microsoft Office and Teams, Google, LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Outreach.io and other Social Media platforms

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business preferred or relevant work experience (heavy lead generation or telemarketing) is suffice

    Positive and energetic phone manners, heighten listening abilities, and strong writing talents

    Understands deadlines and sales goals

    Has drive, grit and the desire to win!

    Integrity and commitment is key
