Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.

The Project Manager will provide project management services several IT projects around Microsoft Solutions including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Biz Apps Platform Services particularly Azure Open AI, Dynamics 365, Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive. Resource should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Any experience in pharma or gaming domain will be an advantage.

The candidate should have experience with Change Management process and implementation and End User Adoption. The successful candidate will be able to execute on a project plan on time and on budget, identify and report on issues that may arise in the project and resolve issues and conflicts.

Must be able to talk across all organizational levels (Stakeholders, Champions, Technical, PM's and Executives).

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external resources

Collaborate with all stakeholders

Develop the scope and objectives of the project

Track adherence to project budget and timeline

Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project

Develop detailed project plans and milestones

Measure and report on project progress

Train new and existing clients on software, either on-site or remotely

Create user manuals, tips for clients, and other tools to assist clients in using our software

Work with clients and internal employees to coordinate the various tasks for a given project

Able to effectively and accurately delegate responsibilities

Previous experience in time-sensitive technology projects

Maintain excellent client relationships and communications at all times

Includes a mix of Onsite and Offsite work in Las Vegas to participate in the Change Management process.

Includes working with various departments to implement Microsoft Application.

Perform various activities as it relates to the Change Management process.

Assist the Project Manager, Business and System Owners with the Change Management process.

Work with vendors and internal staff as it relates to the Change Management process.

Qualifications

Valid PMP/PRINCE II certification is preferred

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred

Proficient in project management software

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
