ECI Comfort is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to contribute to our continued growth and success. This role will require collaboration with almost all aspects of the business, with primary goals of ensuring accurate financial reporting, and helping the organization hit its financial goals.

The Accounting Manager will work closely with the leadership team on KPI’s. The position will report directly to the General Manager and will be a key partner within the company to improve the accounting process.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations to include billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, cost accounting, oversee payroll, sales tax compliance and cash flow

Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy

Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation

Oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets

Oversee the production of periodic financial reports; ensure that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards

Present recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting

7-10 years’ experience in various accounting functions, including a strong working knowledge of financial reporting and Strategic Planning and Forecast modeling

Solid experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end processes

Strong analytical thinker; excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively lead and interact with multiple departments

Compensation Range:

$65k - $75k base salary commensurate with experience plus potential for performance-based bonus
