JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary focus of the Client Coordinator is to develop and manage the relationship between ECI and the assigned client manufacturer. This is accomplished through daily management of the client’s military aftermarket business with the U.S. Government. The Client Coordinator performs a wide range of other general duties in support of daily operations of the company. Some travel may be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· The oversight of assigned client accounts
· Communicate with customers, buyers, and client manufacturers.
· Review customer requisitions/solicitations.
· Enter/check customer orders and purchase orders
· Develop and maintain relationship with clients
· Generate various reports for both client and internal purposes
· Consult with clients on business decisions regarding their military aftermarket products
· Other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and training:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment. A four-year bachelors degree is preferred, but not required. Previous customer service and/or account management experience is preferred. Qualified applicants must have the ability to learn quickly, exercise an acute attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
