    EcoSolar USA Electrical is searching for a Solar Electrician to install batteries on existing solar systems. Meet all standards, quality, and performance while providing excellent customer service. Must abide by all company safety regulations, be adaptable, a good communicator, and comfortable working alone with a team and with homeowners. They need to be familiar with standard electrical rules and guidelines, know how to follow electrical diagrams, maintain vehicle stock, and ensure a clean job site. Responsibilities: • Perform site audits on sold systems when applicable (take measurements, photographs, notes, and shading measurements of project sites) • Responsible for scheduling, preparing (completing pre-inspection QA/QC checklist), and completing site inspections • Meet with customers and discuss project details in order to accommodate their needs. • Utilize software systems to record progress of various tasks • Support EcoSolar USA Operations Director and Technical Manager with organization as • it pertains to site assessment and inspection documentation • Installs and maintains battery storage systems and EV chargers according to engineering designs, permits and electrical code • Completes site assessments, documenting all necessary information to prepare for an installation • Submits service reports immediately following work order completion • Collaborates closely with manufacturers and engineering team to resolve technical issues • Utilizes knowledge, skills, and electrical testing equipment to commission systems and evaluate system issues • Identifies solutions to resolve technical design problems, including electrical systems used during construction • Manages vehicle-material stock and equipment inventory • Maintains compliance with all Safety policies and practices • Provides training to customers about system operation and maintenance • Manages and resolves customer concerns and issues in a timely manner; communicates and documents progress to the customer and relevant employees • Documents key communications in appropriate software Qualifications: • Electrical ET card • Current, valid Driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English • Working knowledge of the NEC • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs; assistance may be provided for oversized items • High School Diploma (or GED) • Comfortable with heights and ladder • Solar: 2 years • Electrical: 3 years Preferred Qualifications • CA Residential or General Electrical License • Solar Battery Certified Tesla, Enphrase, LG, Sunpower • OSHA 30 Certified • Bilingual, English and Spanish • Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Organized and maintains a professional appearance • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Working Conditions • Location varies with jobsite • Must be willing to travel for some projects depending on jobsite Physical Requirements • Long hours spent outside on residential rooftops, driving to customer residences, some ground and rooftop work • Various weather conditions include cold and snowy, hot and humid, and everything in between; must be comfortable working in different environments • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs; assistance may be provided for oversized items • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and drive for up to 8 hours at a time • Work postures include reaching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, bending, twisting, climbing, and handling objects above/below the shoulder Compensation: $25 - $38 hourly
