Responsibilities: • Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory • Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services • Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met • Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to assess their solar energy needs • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our innovative solutions • Create customized solar proposals and quotes for clients • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in solar technology • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and referrals Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred • Must have a smartphone • Must have a flexible schedule • Has a reliable means of transportation to meeting locations • Customer service: 1 year • Sales: 1 year • Driver's License (Required) Ideal Candidate • Prior experience in direct sales or related role: Solar, Pest control, TV, Mortgages, or Home automation/Security system sales experience is a plus • Is motivated by money • Is curious to learn more • Is a team player • Excellent communication skills • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Attention to detail • Experience with commission-based compensation packages • Knowledge of CRM platforms & overall technical competency is a plus • Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting-edge industry • Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers • Being bilingual is a plus Compensation: $100,000 - $340,000
