JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Business Analyst at ECS Imaging, Inc., you’ll work directly with customers to design, implement, deploy and support solutions for their enterprise content management and business process management needs. You will gain exposure to large information technology projects in a broad range of industries by working with government, healthcare, and banking clients.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquire detailed knowledge of the Laserfiche product line and third-party integrations
• Provide time estimates to complete the Scope of Work defined through the presales process
• Work with client to perform analysis of business needs and gather requirements
• Work with Solutions Specialist/Engineer to design solutions based on requirements
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing requirements documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, etc.
• Serve as the project lead for straight forward project implementations
• Provide project implementation support (including troubleshooting, maintenance and training)
• Develop and implement frequent technical training sessions and documents
• Provide general and solution-specific training
• Answer relevant presales and technical questions via email and web conferencing (est. 10% of the time)
• Perform some software support troubleshooting to maintain support SLA obligations (est. 10-20% of the time)
• Travel to client locations as needed

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• BA/BS required or directly relevant experience
• There is no ideal major, but the ability to think through complex problems in a logical manner is essential
• Exceptional presentation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports
• Self-starter mentality and team-player attitude

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED (RECOMMENDED):

• Familiarity with Windows 2012/2016/2019 server operating systems, Windows /7/8/10 client operating systems, SQL Server databases
• Exposure to SQL scripting
• Familiarity with TCP/IP-based networking
• High level familiarity with object oriented programming languages (C++, C#, etc.)
