Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and activities.

Supervise and support children during playtime and structured activities.

Promote a safe and welcoming environment for all children.

Document children's progress and communicate with parents regularly.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

Must hold an ECT qualification or equivalent certification.

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Background check clearance required.

Positive and nurturing demeanor with a love for teaching.
