EDE is hiring!

We create innovative and award-winning trade show exhibits and commercial interiors. To continue in our successes and ensure the highest of quality, we are in need of dynamic & detailed trade show/exhibit Check-out Carpenter who has specific background in our industry and can be a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.

Responsibilities:

Physical Demands- up to 75 lbs.

Exhibit parts are all accounted for- Electrical; AV lighting/plugs; all materials that are needed to get the exhibit up and running successfully.

Must be willing to be on site.

Ability to clearly read/decipher and interpret drawings.

Effective communicator/ understand complexity of build outs.

Comfortable thinking through tasks; being able to problem solve.

Will provide leadership and direction to others as necessary.

Must have relevant trade show experience.

Must be able to understand and speak English.

Qualifications

2 plus years’ experience in the trade/exhibit industry is a requirement.

Strong experience in equipment frequently used; ability to train others on it as needed.

Union Certification highly preferred; willingness to be part of a union environment.

Supervisory experience preferred

Required Experience in the following equipment:

Table saw.

Chop saws.

Nail guns.

Forklift experience highly preferred.
