A well-established manufacturer and distributor of consumer-packaged goods is seeking an EDI Specialist/Analyst to join their team. The company operates large-scale manufacturing and distribution facilities and manages a dedicated transportation fleet to service major national retail brands across North America.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inbound and outbound EDI transmissions, including Purchase Orders (850), ASNs (856), and Invoices (810).
• Identify and resolve data errors, transmission failures, and mapping discrepancies to ensure timely order processing.
• Coordinate the onboarding and testing of new retail trading partners and national brand customers.
• Maintain cross-reference tables to ensure customer SKUs and UPCs align with internal ERP data.
• Audit EDI processes to minimize retailer chargebacks and ensure compliance with customer shipping requirements.
• Communicate with the warehouse, sales, and IT departments to troubleshoot logistics or billing issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an EDI Specialist or Analyst within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in managing standard EDI document sets (850, 855, 856, 810).
• Experience working with ERP systems and EDI translation software.
• Familiarity with retail compliance standards and "Big Box" retailer requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets..
