    Direct Hire Opportunity

    Onsite | Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule

    What You’ll Do:

    EDI Support (Primary Responsibility)

    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain all EDI-related transactions and systems

    • Handle map errors, transaction failures, and interface issues with style and precision

    • Coordinate with both internal teams and external customers to resolve EDI concerns

    • Perform system testing and quality control checks

    • Document processes and maintain current EDI support resources

    Desktop Support (Secondary Focus)

    • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and related hardware/software

    • Provide support for peripherals like printers, scanners, handheld devices, etc.

    • Mentor junior techs and assist with IT projects and departmental tasks

    • Keep IT leadership informed on project statuses and support tickets

    • Occasionally assist with workstation setups (MACs), moves, and equipment transfers

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Strong troubleshooting chops—you eat tricky problems for breakfast

    • Experience supporting both EDI systems and desktop hardware/software

    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Collaborative mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude

    Tech You Should Know:

    • Operating Systems: Windows 7/10, Server 2008–2019

    • Software & Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (2010–365), Active Directory, SQL Server, IBM Sterling Integrator, Gentran, AS2

    • EDI Concepts: Document types, mapping, integration principles

    • Bonus: Experience with HighJump vSync or project management is a big plus

    Qualifications:

    • Certificate or degree from a college or technical school preferred

    • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support or EDI

    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed

    • Flexibility to work some evenings, nights, or weekends if the tech gods demand it

    • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally for workstation setups

    Salary info:

    $28 - $31 / hr
