    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY As a key member of a growing global IT organization, the Project Manager will partner with Business and Engineering units to identify process improvement and automation opportunities, to define system integration solutions, and manage system integration and implementation projects. Exciting project opportunities include integration and implementation or upgrade of ERP, CRM, EDI, SCM, MES, BI/Reporting system, Workflow etc. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Business Applications, this position is well suited for an IT Software Manager or Sr. Developer or Sr. DBA who is inspired by expanding managerial skills for IT enablement to make profound operational-impacts by working with cross-functional teams as well as business units middle management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Play a leading role in partnering with Business and Engineering unit managers to analyze and identify business process improvement and automation opportunities, relating to ERP, CRM, EDI, SCM, MES, BI, Project Management, and Workflow system etc.
    • Co-Lead business requirements/requests gathering, development and review, vendor solution evaluation and POC studies methodically and diligently, to develop team consensus and drive technical milestones.
    • Lead technical solution studies and detailed definition, project planning, and co-manage cross-functional team.
    • Manage IT system integration and implementation projects, to own tasks-assignments, follow-ups and timely communications/escalations, with cross-functional team applying strong organizational and business skills
    • Be the IT leader for ongoing opportunities for process improvements, automation and integration of IT systems, with strong analytical, influencing and communication skills
    • Be the point of IT contact for major system integration or new system requests; assist Business and Engineering units to clearly identify and develop business cases and system integration requirements definition.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Excellent organization, communication and cross-functional influencing skills as a team-player and motivational leader
    • Must have 10+ years of IT experience including integrating or implementing business applications such as ERP, CRM, EDI, SCM, Workflow, or other large scale Oracle and/or MS SQL DB Applications
    • 1+ years technical experience in system integration technologies, SOA, ESB, EAI, DevOps, and integration project management
    • Familiarity with Windows and Linux operation systems
    • Proficient in software project management methodologies, WBS, SOW development etc., and Project Management tools, i.e. MS Project etc.
    • Good working knowledge of multi-tier software architectures, relational database systems and Web based applications
    • Hands-on technical skills in Oracle and/or MS SQL Database level and application level integration, and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system integration problems
    • Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related technical field, MBA is helpful
