Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will work with corporate systems department. It is a small team which supports multi manufacturing and shipping locations across the United States. You will be responsible for:

• Support existing and new business applications
• Support business users
• Manage new access requests
• First point of contact for system errors and troubleshooting
• Work with business users to gathering requirements for new systems changes
• Aid in CEMLI design development, testing, and documentation
• Monitor application system alerts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree is Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 ERP
• Functional EBS Analyst
• Experience with Oracle R12 SCM modules:
  • Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Shipping, WMS experience preferred
  • Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, ASCP experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Oracle Forms
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and concepts with focus on, bills-of-material, inventory, and logistics

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, eliciting cooperation from cross functional resources
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge with databases and how to write basic SQL queries
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Some travel may be required but minimal
